Stiles and Company was founded in 1991 by William C. and Bill Stiles. Bill Stiles brings over 30 years of real estate building and managing experience to Creekside Professional Park. Since founding Stiles and Company in 1991, the team has been dedicated to the Statesville region, and to providing high-quality office space with an attention to detail – and to clients.

Whether developing a large medical park or a small fast food chain, Stiles insists on the highest quality materials, strict adherence to schedules, and expert craftsmanship. We also share a passion for innovation, initiated by Bill’s development of Broadbury Hill, Statesville’s first condominium, and Concord’s first conversion of apartments to condominiums. That foresight continues today in projects that include Stockdale, Paragon Place and Carson’s Corner.
